By submitting this form, Fourth Dimension Modern Foundry, Inc. agrees to treat as confidential all information contained herein, including but not limited to product concepts, design images, renderings, code, and all other content related to the realization of the project, and to use this information solely for preparing the requested quote and any resulting project work. We will not disclose this information to any third party or make it publicly available, except as required by law or with your written consent. This submission is for quoting purposes only and does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights. Client retains all rights to submitted designs and concepts, while any custom manufacturing processes, tooling designs, or technical solutions developed specifically for this project may involve separate intellectual property considerations.
